The Board of Studies is glad to announce that Hindi version of study materials for Group II of the Final Course is available for free distribution to the students registering with Board of Studies of Regional Offices and opting for Hindi Medium. These are also available for sale for the benefit of other students already registered with the Board of Studies as well as at the Sales Counters of Regional Offices and in some of the branches. An announcement in this regard appeared on the back cover page of November 2003 issue of Students’ Newsletter. Students who have not yet received their study materials for Final Course and intend to opt for the study materials in Hindi may immediately write to the respective decentralized office of the Board of Studies so that study materials in Hindi could be sent to them. However, students may note that the Final study materials for Group I is expected to be released in January 2004 for which separate Announcement will appear in the January 2004 issue of Students’ Newsletter - The Chartered Accountant Student. Such students may also note that there would be no exchange of English study materials of Final Course already issued to them in lieu of supply of Hindi version. The price of Hindi Medium Study Materials for Both Groups of Final Course will be Rs.2,000/-(Rs.1,100 for Group I and Rs.900 for Group II). Requisition by post should accompany a written requisition along with a demand draft/postal order in favour of the Secretary, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at New Delhi towards the cost of the material and postal expenses.
