DEHRADUN CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS BENEVOLENT FUND

A Trust was created on the 18th day of June 1999 with the aims and objects to assist the members of the fund in the hour of their need. The Trust was registered on the 16th day of July 1999.

The main details are as under:

MEMBERSHIP

Every member who is the member of the Branch shall be entitled to become the member of the Fund, subject to payment of such membership fees and Annual contribution as prescribed in the rules of the Fund.

CONTRIBUTION

The contribution is as under:

  • Admission Fee of RS. 1000/- at the time of becoming a member of the Fund, which shall form a part of the Corpus of the Fund.

  • Annual fees of RS. 250/- in advance at the commencement of the year for each year ending March 31

APPLICATION OF FUNDS

The Board shall have the power to decide the benefits to be given to the members/legal heirs of the members of the Fund, corresponding to their need and financial position, subject to the following:

In case of an untimely/unfortunate death of the member-lumpsum payment, subject to the maximum of RS. 50000/-to the family members/legal heirs of the deceased.

In case of long illness, permanent disability or any hardship- monthly payment to the member subject to maximum of RS.2000/-per month for a maximum period of one year at one time; lumpsum payment to the member  not exceeding RS.20000/-

No payment shall be made out of the corpus of the Fund.

Members are requested to contribute generously to this noble cause.

The contributions may be made by cheque or otherwise in the favour of :

DONATIONS TO THE FUND ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RELIEF U/S 80G OF THE I.T.ACT
